An excellent pair of Soviet post World War 2 (dated 1952), 'bunny ear' trench binoculars, complete with original tripod and rigid transit case. They were developed to allow soldiers to watch over enemy lines from the relative safety of the trench, without placing themselves at risk of enemy fire. This pair survives in particularly good condition.
