An enormous antique horizontal enlarger from the Dresden factory of Heinrich Ernemann (pictured). Ernemann set up business in 1889, initially building high-end wooden cameras for professional photographers, later expanding into cinematography and other photographic equipment including projectors and horizontal enlargers. This particular enlarger is of immense proportions, measuring an astonishing 53” (135cm) long with both bellows extended and 23” (58cm) high.
