John wrench lantern
A tinplate magic lantern with an enormous (10½" focal length) lens bearing the distinctive insignia of the London maker, John Wrench & Sons. The company was established in the 1880s. Complete with lamp holder (adapted for electric) and metal transit case. At maximum extension, approximately 29" (74cm) long and 14½" (37cm) in height. NOT FOR SALE
